My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, overshadowed by numerous issues. The beautiful views and spacious rooms were overshadowed by poor service and unpleasant room conditions. Although the pool area was convenient, overall, this experience felt very far from what I expected from a 5-star hotel. I was particularly frustrated by the dining options and the way guests were treated based on nationality.
